Group Support for Women Going Through Divorce
Divorce can take over your head.
You’re trying to make decisions about your home, money, children and future while dealing with conversations that can leave you anxious, angry or questioning yourself.
You might feel certain about what you want one day and completely unsure the next. You replay conversations. Second-guess decisions. Lie awake wondering whether you’re doing the right thing.
And sometimes you just want to talk to people who get it without having to explain the whole bloody thing first.
I’ll be running another small group programme for women navigating divorce, a space to think clearly, talk honestly and get practical support from me alongside women who understand what you’re going through.
The next group isn’t open yet.
If you’d like to hear about it when it is, register your interest below.
Why Group Support?
There are some things only another woman going through divorce will understand.
The email that ruins your morning. The conversation you replay afterwards. Feeling completely sure of yourself one day and questioning everything the next.
In a group, you don’t have to explain all of that. You can talk honestly, hear how other women are navigating it and get support without feeling like you’re burdening the people around you.
This might be for you if . . .
You’re going through separation or divorce and:
• Your head feels constantly full.
• You keep second-guessing decisions or replaying conversations.
• Difficult conversations leave you overwhelmed, reactive or doubting yourself.
• You’re tired of talking about the same things with friends and family.
• You want to feel calmer and clearer about the decisions you’re making.
• You want to be around women who understand — and who also want to move forward.
“I feel like I’ve been switched off and rebooted and my head feels clearer. You ladies have a lot of kindness in you!”
