A place to think before you have to act.
Private support through the decisions and conversations that matter.
Divorce asks you to make some of the biggest decisions of your life at exactly the time you may feel least able to make them.
Money. The house. The children. What to say. What not to say. Whether to push back. Whether you’re being reasonable. What happens next.
Private support gives you somewhere to do the thinking before the conversation with your ex, mediator or solicitor, so those conversations aren’t the first time you’re trying to work out what you think.
We slow things down, separate what you know from what you fear, and work out what matters now and what you want to do next.
What we actually work on
Every divorce is different, so the work follows what is happening in yours.
One week we might prepare for a difficult conversation or mediation session. Another, you might need to untangle a decision you’ve been going round in circles over. Sometimes something happens unexpectedly and you need somewhere to think before you respond.
I’m not here to tell you what to do.
I’m here to help you work out what you think, make decisions you can stand behind, and go into important conversations calmer, clearer and prepared.
“Something that cannot be found in a book is the energy you get from working with Farhana. Nothing compares- you must try it!”

We might work on
You don’t have to figure it out in the middle of the conversation.

Having somewhere to think changes how you show up when it matters.
You can process the emotion here. Question yourself here. Change your mind here. Work out what you actually want to say here.
So when you speak to your ex, mediator or solicitor, you’re not trying to do all of that at the same time.
That’s what this space is for.
